Haley Osmon is a licensed massage therapist who completed her massage training through Indiana State University and Bodyworks Massage Institute. She has additional training in Functional Movement Training (FMT) as well as RockTape kinesiology taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cupping.

Sports Massage

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a movement therapy that uses gentle soft tissue techniques to enhance performance. It is tissue release technique that helps to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing.


Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that helps relieve chronic tension and pain caused by faulty movement patterns or history of injury, by applying firm pressure to the deep layers of muscle tissue.
